1. Medical reports and other examination reports must be submitted by the patients or representatives to the International Patient Service Center, so our medical team can do further evaluation on your health condition and cost.

2. We will contact the patient via phone, fax, or email to inform him/her of the treatment plan and estimated cost.

3. Patients or representatives will be required to confirm with us on their visit to  for medical treatment.

4. Documents for medical visa application must be submitted by patients or representatives.

5. Original documents for medical visa application must be submitted by patients or representatives to our hospital by post.

6. Once Original Exit & Entry Permit will be post to the patient or his/her representative once being issued.

7. After receiving the Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit, Please use it to apply for the Mainland Resident Travel Permit with local Chinese authorities.

8. Once confirmation of visiting time and relevant medical services, you may visit our clinic for medical treatment.
