For better understanding of your medical need and to assists the specialists in diagnosis, developing a treatment plan, and providing medical counseling, please fill in the Medical Second Opinion Consultation Application Form and Medical Second Opinion Consultation Patient Consent Form before requesting for second consultation.

1.International medical advice advice second opinion

• Written second opinion: Our medical team will review your medical history, records, test results and images, and issue you an official written second opinion report of our findings.
• Teleconsultation: After reviewing your medical documents, our medical team will send our reports to the International Patient Service Center, where the specialist will schedule a time with you for teleconsultation.
• Imaging Second Opinion: Our medical team will review your medical imaging reports and provide you a high-level diagnostic interpretation and written second opinion report.

2.Cost

After submitting your request for a second opinion consultation, we will inform you an estimated cost for the consultation, including registration fee, service charge, and Diagnostic Fee, etc. Please conduct the payment prior to the consultation./h4>

• ♦ Provision of formal second opinion in written form.
• ♦ The second opinion consultation will be proceeded either in telephone or in written report.

1. 2-1. The standard consultation time for second opinion is 30 minutes. Overtime will be charged for every 15 minutes.
